RESCHEDULING AND
CANCELLATION POLICY

A 50% deposit is required you book the hunt. Balance due 45 days before the hunt. This deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable
 
  • Hunting dates are allowed to be rescheduled and deposits rolled over only once.
  • 90 days prior to the hunt: can be transferred for other available date or following season (new fees may apply).
  • 60 days prior to the hunt: can be transferred for other available date or following season (new fees will apply), 50% of the deposit is lost.
  • 30 days prior to the hunt: 100% of the deposit is lost.
 
ALGAR accepts no responsibility for late arrival due to flight delays or cancellations. Any additional transfers or flights due to flight cancellations or delays will be the responsibility of the client. ALGAR accepts no responsibility for late arrival of weapons or luggage or for any cost incurred to collect such items from the airport or other place. Should transport or charters be required to deliver these items to the client the costs of transportation will be for the client’s account. We suggest clients take out the necessary insurance to cover for themselves, their guests and property. ALGAR will not be held responsible for any delays in charter flights due to bad weather, breakdowns etc. It must be clearly understood that any decision not to fly due to bad weather or any other reason will be the pilot’s decision only. ALGAR will not be held responsible or liable for any damage or loss of trophy animals, or for delays in shipment of trophies or for any expenses arising from such delays.
We strongly recommend obtaining a comprehensive trip cancellation insurance for your trip.
